For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Access to x5555 and registration of an Account is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction or the User's own jurisdiction. The Operator reserves the right to require documented proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be held by a minor shall be immediately suspended and any funds therein may be forfeited or returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. The Operator makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in every jurisdiction. It is the User's responsibility to determine whether accessing x5555 complies with applicable local law.
Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple or secondary Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are detected as belonging to the same individual — whether identified by name, device, IP address, payment method, or other indicators — the Operator reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts and review any transactions conducted therein.
Accounts may only be used by the registered Account holder for their personal, non-commercial use. Users must not allow third parties to access, operate or place bets through their Account. The Operator will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to maintain account security.
To register an Account, Users must provide accurate, current and complete information including but not limited to full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your Account. The Operator will not be liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, you must notify the Operator immediately via the support contact listed in Section 16.
The Operator is required to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to processing withdrawals. Verification documents may include a valid government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC for Pakistani residents), proof of residential address and evidence of payment methods used. KYC requests will be made via email or through the Account interface. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.
Where supported, Account balances may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Operator reserves the right to alter currency support in accordance with operational requirements. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be conducted at rates determined by the Operator at the time of the relevant transaction.
The Operator determines which payment methods are available in the live cashier at any given time. Payment method availability is subject to change without prior notice. Where the Operator supports cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT), Users are responsible for confirming the correct wallet address, supported network and minimum deposit amount before initiating a transaction. The Operator accepts no responsibility for funds sent to incorrect addresses or over unsupported networks.

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings attributable to those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. All bets placed on the x5555 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where a market has been suspended, or where the integrity of an event is in question.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors, obvious pricing errors, event cancellation or abandonment, market suspension, or suspicion of match-fixing or manipulated outcomes. In the event of a void bet, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
Live in-play bets are accepted at the Operator's sole discretion. The Operator reserves the right to suspend live markets at any point and will not be responsible for bets placed on markets that are subsequently suspended due to technical issues, data feed delays or operational decisions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x5555 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
The Operator reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities.
All content on the x5555 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces and data — is the property of the Operator or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of the Operator. Any unauthorised use may result in immediate Account termination and legal action.
The Operator endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party failures and other circumstances beyond the Operator's control may result in temporary unavailability. The Operator will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
All game outcomes on x5555 are determined by certified random number generators or live sporting results, as applicable. The Operator makes no warranty regarding specific outcomes and accepts no liability for the results of any individual session, spin, hand or bet.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Users agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Operator and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) the User's breach of these Terms; (b) the User's violation of applicable law; or (c) the User's fraudulent or unauthorised use of the Platform.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct; inability to complete KYC verification; or where continued operation of the Account would expose the Operator to legal or regulatory risk.
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than fraud or material breach, the verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via a supported withdrawal method, subject to outstanding KYC completion and deduction of any amounts properly owed to the Operator. Bonus funds are not returnable on Account closure.
Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closures are processed subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and settlement of outstanding transactions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Operator's complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits a User's rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their own jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that local gambling laws — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may impose restrictions on their participation, and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their access and use complies with applicable local law.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users — typically by email to the address on file or via an on-Platform notification — prior to the changes taking effect.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
